Vanilla House is comprised of co-owners, sisters Angie & Gayle and talented young pastry chef Robyn,
as well as our star baker and assistant, Cynthia, who have an ethos of dedication to style,
quality and personalized customer service to ensure your complete satisfaction.
We have been in
business for over 6 years now and have secured our position as one of the top wedding cake bakeries
in the Country. All the cakes are designed and hand-made by Angie and Robyn, and the extensive
behind-the-scenes planning is attended to by Gayle.
Assistant pastry-chef, Robyn recently completed
her Pastry Diploma, where she received distinctions in all her subjects and pursues her craft
diligently by baking and testing new techniques at every opportunity - even on days off!
Pastry Chef and Co-owner Angie is a Silwood
Kitchens Cordon Bleu School Grande-Diploma graduate, and has over 16 years experience as a pastry
chef and cake maker.
