scrumptiously fun food enthusiast dessert & cake courses!

Courses held on a Wednesday evening from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.

Chef at Home

This includes:
A welcoming drink, all your ingredients that you’ll work with, a working apron to use for the evening, recipe cards, interactive hands-on demonstration, tasting session,
treats to take home and, of course, a delicious amount of fun!

 COURSE 2 

BASIC BAKING AND CAKE DECORATING  (25th August & 1st September)

2- CONSECUTIVE WEEK SESSIONS: for R750

WEEK 1:
Strawberry Roulade
Choux pastries

WEEK 2:
Vanilla sponge with caramel and toasted almond filling and white choc décor
Cinnamon Pecan Muffins



BASIC BAKING AND CAKE DECORATING  (8th September & 15th September)

2- CONSECUTIVE WEEK SESSIONS: for R750

WEEK 1:
Sacher Torte decorated with chocolate tiles and gold dust
Mille Feuille

WEEK 2:
Victoria Sponge with Chantilly cream and lemon curd
Cupcakes

 

Chocolate tart
